This document constitutes a binding contract between you and the mx39 platform. By creating an account or using any mx39 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not create an account or use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the platform mx39 at mx39.best, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, e-sports, roulette, jackpot, and the VIP Program.
By registering at mx39, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform after creating an account, you confirm that:

Important: mx39 may request an eligibility check at any time. Accounts that do not meet the requirements above will be suspended and any available balance returned to the account holder upon identity verification, minus any bonus funds used that did not meet the rollover conditions.
Mx39 uses geolocation technology and document verification to ensure that only eligible users can access the platform. Any attempt to circumvent these mechanisms constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
Registration on mx39 is free. To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Each CPF entitles one active account on mx39. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the stated reason — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, balances frozen, and bonuses cancelled. The primary account may be reactivated following a case-by-case review.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. mx39 recommends using strong, unique passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at contato@mx39.best. mx39 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.
Mx39 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, particularly for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations that trigger security alerts. Accepted documents include a valid RG, CNH, or passport, along with recent proof of address. Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of the request.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit amount, subject to operational limits available upon request from support.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key linked to the registered CPF. Processing time is under 5 minutes for most requests. For Diamond-tier VIP Program members, processing time is under 2 minutes. Withdrawals above R$ 100,000.00 may be subject to additional security verification.
No fees: mx39 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the user's financial institution, not the platform.
For security and anti-money-laundering purposes, mx39 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Funds deposited in your mx39 account do not expire as long as the account remains active. Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to a reactivation process with identity verification. Balances on accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to maintenance fees, with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice to the user.
New mx39 users are entitled to a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is confirmed. To withdraw the bonus amount or any winnings generated by it, you must meet the rollover requirements stated at the time of activation.
Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is unlocked. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 10× rollover requires you to place a total of R$ 1,000.00 in bets before withdrawing. The bets that count toward the rollover are defined in the terms of each specific promotion.
Bets placed on games excluded from the rollover conditions of a specific promotion do not count toward meeting the requirement, even if they generate winnings. Always check the promotion terms before betting with bonus balance.
Each mx39 promotion is available for one use per user (CPF), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to use multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of all accounts involved.
Mx39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, including when abuse is suspected. Where possible, users will be notified in advance. Promotions that have already been activated (bonuses already credited and in use) will be honored under their original terms.
The minimum bet amount at mx39 is R$ 1.00 per event or round, unless otherwise specified for certain games or markets. The maximum bet amount varies by category and market and is displayed before bet confirmation.
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user. For live Sports Betting, confirmation is only processed by the system when the selected odd is still valid at the time of processing. If the odd changes during processing, the system notifies the user before confirming.
Mx39 is committed to the accuracy of odds and results. However, in the event of a technical error or data issue that produces clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds far above market rate due to a system failure — the platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email.
The outcomes of casino games, slots, and crash games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent audit. Sports betting results are based on official sports result sources. In the event of a discrepancy, the official source prevails.
Mx39 may suspend betting markets without prior notice when there is uncertainty about the validity of an event or result. If a sporting match is cancelled or not completed within the minimum criteria defined for each sport, all bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance.
The mx39 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Every registered user is automatically enrolled at the Bronze tier. Progression is based on total bet volume across any of the platform's offerings.
Benefits include weekly cashback calculated on net losses (from 3% at Bronze to 20% at Diamond), progressively prioritized withdrawals, a birthday bonus, exclusive odds on selected events, and — at the Diamond level — a dedicated account manager.
The weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday and can be used freely on bets and games. It is not subject to any additional rollover beyond the standard 1× requirement described in the VIP Program terms.
Mx39 reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program progression criteria with 15 days' prior notice to affected users. Levels already achieved are maintained for at least 90 days following any criteria change.
Mx39 must be used honestly and within the established rules. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
In cases of confirmed violations, mx39 may hold pending balances and bonuses while conducting its investigation. Balances originating from real deposits (with no bonus use) will be returned to the account holder upon identity verification, except in cases of suspected money laundering, which are reported to the appropriate authorities.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or email at contato@mx39.best. Before closure, all available balance must be withdrawn. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be automatically cancelled upon closure.
Mx39 may close or suspend an account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any of the prohibited conduct listed in section 8. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the user will be notified by email with the reason and an estimated resolution timeframe.
Users who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary self-exclusion (from 7 days to 6 months) or a permanent one. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During the self-exclusion period, new registrations using the same CPF are automatically blocked.

Mx39 does not accept deposits or bets from users who have already requested self-exclusion. Any attempt to create a new account during an active self-exclusion period will be blocked and the incident recorded.
Mx39 makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running smoothly 24×7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control.

Mx39 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email and in-platform notification.
The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
Changes required by law or regulation may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to users.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and all other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and online betting sector in Brazil.
Any disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
